The bugy – gy – vert is a portable battery powered 4 wheel drive welding carriage with or without torch occilation. Strong permanent magnets hold the machine on the workpiece allowing it to travel on the vertical or oblique work surfaces. Guide wheels on thebug –gy – vert automatically track the torch in the fillet joint.
The bug – gy – vert is compact, lightweight and easy to position. It will accommodate most hand held welding guns. By providing consistent travel speed the Bug –gy – vert can increase the productivity and the quality of welding applications in many areas of steel fabrication or shipbuilding.
The bug O system Mini Vert lll is held on the workpiece with strong permanent magnets. It will travel and carry a welding gun in flat or vertical positions producing continuous uniform field welds. The Mini Vert lll features a quick torch mount which allows the welding gun to be rapidly moved from side of the machine to the other, enabling the operator to weld the entire work piece from end to end. The Mini – Vert lll is shipped with one battery and one battery charger.
Cirotech is a series of self propelled 3 o clock welding equipment primarily developed for on site erection of large storage tanks, silos, blast furnaces, and similar cylindrical objects.
It is available as a single – side version and a double side version. Usually designed to travel on the top edge of the tank shell.
As there are different ways of building tanks, one machine in the series is designed to travel on a rail which is temporarily fixed to the shell or on a stand – alone ring outside the shell
