Aristo Robofeed 3004w

Sturdy design with aluminium casing for reduced weight and ideal for use in tough environments. The digitally controlled feed units perform accurate speed control with the aid of a pulse encoder on speeds ranging from 0.8 to 25.0 m/min*. The 4-roll feed mechanism with grooves in both feed and press-ure rolls give stable feeding and low wear of the wire, all of which help to ensure reliable wire feeding.

Origo Feed 304 M13

The panel M13 can be equipped with digital V/A meters and a toggle switch for inching/gas purge can be installed inside the feeder cabinet. The panel is easy to operate with accurate setting to meet different application needs and demands. Extra versatility can be provided by utilising one of the following mounting options for the Origo™ Feed. Counterbalance & Mast, Wheel Kit or Hanging Bracket.

Origo Feed L304

A sturdy design utilising a galvanised metal casing to allow use in tough environments. The electronically controlled feeding ensures an accurate and stable arc. The 4-wheel feeder mechanism with grooves in both feed roll and pressure roll gives stable feeding and low wear on the wire, all of which helps to avoid operational disturbance. The feeders are available with either Ø30 mm rolls for wires up to Ø1.6 mm, or Ø48 mm rolls for wires up to Ø2.4 mm .

Origo FeedAirmatic M10

Sturdy design with galvanised metal casing for use in tough environments. This electronic feeding unit is a part of ESAB well proven A9 pneumatic push-pull system. The feeding unit pushes the wire through the hose and the pneumatic welding gun PKB™pull the wire by a compressed air operated turbine motor.
